Dispatch Protocols. At The Blackbird & Willow (BNW) Studio, we understand that waiting for your ensemble is the hardest part. Our logistics team works diligently to ensure your order is processed, packed, and dispatched with the same precision used to design it.

1. Shipping Charges

We offer Complimentary Shipping on all orders above PKR 2500 nationwide.

For orders below this amount, a standard flat shipping rate will be applied at checkout.

2. Estimated Delivery Time

We strive to deliver your products as efficiently as possible:

  • Standard Delivery: 3 to 5 working days (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad & Major Cities).
  • Remote Areas: 5 to 7 working days.
  • Sale Periods: Please allow up to 7-10 working days due to high order volume.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via Email/SMS/WhatsApp. You can use this number to track your package's journey in real-time through our courier partner's website.

4. Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will attempt delivery twice. If you are unavailable to receive the package, please contact us immediately. Incomplete addresses or unresponsive contact numbers may result in the order being returned to our studio.
