1. Exchange Timeline (7 Days)

If you wish to swap an item for a different size or style, you may initiate an exchange within 7 days of delivery. Requests made after this window will not be processed.

2. Refund Policy (3 Days)

We offer a Full Cash Refund if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase. You must request a refund within 3 days of receiving your order.

*Reimbursements are processed via Bank Transfer after the item passes our quality inspection.

3. Condition of Return

To be eligible for a Refund or Exchange, the item must be in its original state:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and free of any scent or stains.
  • All original tags and packaging must be intact.
  • Note: Items from "The Archive" (Sale) are final and not eligible for refunds unless defective.
