1. Exchange Timeline (7 Working Days)

If you wish to swap an item for a different size or style, you may initiate an exchange within 7 working days of delivery. Requests made after this window will not be processed.

To be eligible for an Exchange, the item must be in its original state:

• Unworn, unwashed, and free of any scent or stains.
• All original tags and packaging must be intact.
• Note: Items from "The Archive" (Sale) are final and not eligible for return or exchange.

• Step 1: Ship the product back to our address (details provided by our team).
• Step 2: Once received and inspected, we will proceed with your Exchange dispatch.
