Orders & Shipping

How long will my order take to arrive?

Our standard delivery timeline for major cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad) is 3 to 5 working days. For remote areas, please allow up to 7 working days. During sale periods, dispatch may take slightly longer due to high volume.

What are the shipping charges?
We offer Complimentary Shipping on all nationwide orders above PKR 2500. For orders below this amount, a standard flat rate will be applied at checkout.
Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your ensemble is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS/WhatsApp and Email. You can use this to track your package's journey in real-time via our logistics partner's portal.

Returns & Exchanges

Do you offer cash refunds?
Yes. We offer a Full Cash Refund if you are not entirely satisfied. You must initiate this request within 3 days of delivery. The amount is transferred via Bank Transfer after the item passes our quality inspection.
How do I exchange an item?

If you need a different size or style, please contact our Client Care team via WhatsApp within 7 days of delivery. We will guide you through the process of shipping the item back to our studio.

Can I return Sale items?

Items purchased from "The Archive" (Sale section) are final sales. They are not eligible for refunds or exchanges unless the item received is defective or damaged.

Product & Care

Is the color exactly the same as the picture?

We make every effort to display product colors accurately. However, due to photographic lighting sources or your device's screen settings, there may be slight variations in the actual shade.

How should I wash my BNW ensemble?

To maintain the structural integrity and fabric quality, we recommend Dry Cleaning or a gentle hand wash with mild detergent. Avoid direct sunlight while drying to preserve color richness.
